  • What do you consider as the two greatest strengths in participatory, responsive and transparent rule-making? What do you see as the two greatest challenges?
  • What reforms has Finland recently made to enhance participatory, responsive, and transparent rule-making? What are the reform’s objectives for stakeholders, policy makers and rule makers, including parliamentarians?
